Getting in touch
If our FAQs do not answer your question, our support team is ready to help. You can reach us through the contact web form on our site, which goes straight to the team, or by email at [email protected].
We aim to answer every email within 2 business days. To help us reply quickly, please keep each query to a single email thread and avoid sending follow-ups on the same subject, as extra messages can slow things down.
Live chat
Our live chat runs from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Safer gambling tools
You do not need to contact us to set deposit limits, take a break or self-exclude. These tools are available on the site around the clock, and using them yourself means they take effect at once. If you would like to talk about your gambling, please email our safer gambling team.
Verification documents
When you upload documents on the site, please give us 3 working days to check them before emailing about their status. Photo ID uploaded in My Account under Account Details is checked instantly.
Making a complaint
Every complaint helps us learn, and it gives us the opportunity to fix what went wrong for you. Please send your complaint to our customer care team. Once we receive it, our complaints team will:
- confirm receipt within 48 hours
- ask you for any further information needed
- investigate the matter
- give you a decision within 8 weeks of receiving everything we asked for
Independent dispute resolution
If we cannot settle your complaint, you may escalate it as a dispute. This applies once it has been through our internal process and we have reached deadlock, or if you have no satisfactory outcome within 8 weeks. Players in the UK can then contact eCOGRA (eGaming Compliance Services Limited), our free alternative dispute resolution service. eCOGRA will acknowledge your case, carry out an independent investigation and tell both you and us its ruling, which both sides treat as final. Players outside the UK can instead raise a decision with the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
