Deposit limits

You can set, review or lower a financial limit at any time, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. A deposit limit, available in GB only, caps the total you pay in over the period, and withdrawals do not free up any extra room. A net deposit limit instead subtracts eligible withdrawals from your deposits. So with a £100 net limit, if you deposit £80 and withdraw £30, you could still deposit another £50.

Limits reset when each new period starts, and unused amounts do not roll over. Lowering a limit works straight away. Raising or removing one only happens after a 24-hour cooling-off period, and you then need to log in and confirm the change. Take a Break

Our support team can pause your account for 24, 48 or 72 hours, one, two or three weeks, a month, or anything else up to a maximum of 6 weeks. When the break ends, your account opens again automatically.

Self-exclusion
