Who looks after your data

Hey Spin belongs to Play Gamified Limited, and Jumpman Gaming Limited runs it on that company's behalf. Jumpman is registered in Alderney under number 1858 and operates the brand under the licences it holds from two regulators, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and the UK Gambling Commission.

Jumpman is the only controller of your personal information, and we use no data processors. The company holds a registration with the data protection authority in Guernsey under the Bailiwick of Guernsey data protection law. While we run Hey Spin, your data stays with Jumpman. It passes to Play Gamified Limited only if Jumpman stops providing services to that company, at which point Play Gamified Limited becomes the controller. We keep data only for as long as the law requires.

When we share your information
