Terms and Conditions
Who we are
Hey Spin is owned by Play Gamified Limited and run by Jumpman Gaming Limited, a company registered in Alderney under number 1858. When you sign up, your agreement is with Jumpman Gaming Limited. For players in Great Britain, we hold a licence from the Gambling Commission under account number 39175 and are regulated by it. Players outside Great Britain are covered by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. Our registered business address is La Corvee House, La Corvee, GY9 3TQ, on Alderney in the Channel Islands, and it does not accept correspondence.
By registering, or simply by browsing and using our site, you accept these terms. If you would rather not accept them, you will not be able to open an account or play. Our privacy policy forms part of these terms too.
Who can play
You must be at least 18, and old enough to gamble legally where you live. We may ask you to prove your age at any point, and gambling under age is a criminal offence. We do not accept registrations from a long list of countries, including the Republic of Ireland, France, Spain, the Netherlands and the United States. You may hold only one account, and you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and complete.
Your account and verification
You choose a username and password when you join, and keeping them private is down to you. Any bet placed with your correct login is treated as yours, so let us know straight away if you suspect someone else has used your account. We may ask for documents proving your age, identity and address, evidence of your payment method, and in some cases certified copies or source of funds information. If we cannot verify these details, we may hold back winnings or suspend the account.
If you do not log in for 365 days in a row, the account becomes inactive. We will contact you before that happens. After that point, an administration fee of 5.00 GBP is taken from the balance every 30 days until it is empty or you reactivate.
Customer funds sit in a bank account kept apart from company money, but balances are not protected if we become insolvent. Under the Gambling Commission scale this is the Not Protected level.
Deposits and withdrawals
All payments are in GBP. You can add up to 3 cards, and every payment method must be in your own name. We accept Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, Maestro, Paysafe Card, PayPal, Neteller, Skrill and Pay by Mobile, which carries a £2.50 fee on each deposit. Each deposit must be at least £10.
You may withdraw your full real money balance in one go, although some requests need extra checks first, which can cause a short delay. Your first withdrawal needs ID, typically photo identification plus a utility bill from the last 3 months. Once documents are approved, pending withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, and banks usually take 1 to 5 working days. If documents are rejected, pending withdrawals go back to your balance within 48 hours. Withdrawals cannot be paid to Pay by Mobile.
Bonuses in brief
Unless an offer says otherwise, bonus funds carry a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount won. Only bonus wagers count towards it, and bonus money can never be withdrawn as such. Once the requirement is met, the amount converted to real money is capped at your lifetime deposits up to £250, or £50 if you have never deposited. Real money is always used before bonus funds. Bonus money cannot be staked on bingo, live casino, table games or progressive jackpot slots. Withdrawing before you finish the requirement cancels any remaining bonus funds, and no promotion is offered while a withdrawal is pending.
Closing your account
You can ask us by email to close your account. Closure takes effect 72 hours after our support team confirms the request, and logging in during that time cancels it. Closing an account is not a safer gambling tool. If you need a break for that reason, please use Take a Break or self-exclusion from our responsible gaming page. A closed account can be reopened when you contact us.
Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to our customer care team. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours, ask for any further details we need, investigate, and give you our decision within 8 weeks of receiving everything requested. If we reach deadlock, or you have no satisfactory answer within 8 weeks, players in the UK can take the matter to eCOGRA, our free alternative dispute resolution provider, whose ruling is final for both sides. Players outside the UK can raise a decision with the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
